ENGINE: Original 1200cc, Spotlessly clean! John picked up this car in 1991, but it was in much worse condition than you see here! It took him 3 years to restore, but it was certainly worth the wait! It is now his daily driver, and he maintains it perfectly! The engine and it's housing are spotless and it rund like a dream. I suppose thats what you should expect, since he is a VW Mechanic! He is now restoring a '55 into the 'millionth beetle' which he is painting gold. It is actually something like the 1,000,792 beetle, but close enough! That will probably take another year or two.
