 Real Source Bugfest The Real Source Bugfest99 ( MID-AMERICA ) May 22, 1999 Effingham Illinois, The first showing of the Real Source Bugfest was a great show. The entry was free, and just for registering you were given a free T-Shirt, as well as $5 in free food, and don't forget the 10% off all catalog sales at the show. 
VW NATIONALS NEW ZEALAND 99  Well, the weekend was a great success with 50 more VW’s participating than Initially expected. 153 in total. This is one you should see ! 
MORE INFO Sacramento Bugorama, May 30 1999 As always, the sacramento bugorama has been a hit for the past 10 years or more. Bugorama Promotions, the same people who run Bugformance run this show every year. The sacramento bugorama is one of the very few shows where you will see vw drag racing, and a good show to go with it.  That's me looking at that 21 window. |
 THE VW CLASSIC - JUNE 12, 1999. The VW Classic is known as one of the best VW shows on the planet. It may very well be the BEST VW show on the planet. I ended up making the 500mile trip to L.A. from my residence, it was well worth it. I have over 30 pictures for this event. You won't believe how many vendors and nice cars there were ! THE TEXAS HOTWATER BLAST  Club H2O's Gulf Coast Chapter held it's 2nd annual Hotwaterblast in Houston, Texas on March 28th! The turn out was great and considering the weather threatened rain - it held off and it turned into a great day! As many as 50 members of the popular watercooled VW club " CLUB H2O " gathered together for thsi event THE OHIO SHOW  The Ohio Show was covered by John J. Wright. At this show there was a variety of vws, sambas & ovals, newbeetles, and more. I suggest you check this one out if you live in the mideast.  The 1999 African Beetle Marathon! This is an absolutely amazing event. I love offroad VWs and this one is something I only dream about doing! |
