VWOA is at it again ! ( VW.NET )UPDATED
Volkswagen of America is at it again, this time with the company Virtual Works Inc. Virtual Works registered the domain name some two years ago, vw.net. VWoA is claiming that Virtual Works is cybersquatting and disrespecting VWoA's trademark rights. A 90 Day ON-HOLD status is currently on the VW.NET domain name. Virtual Works Inc. CEO has said that VWoA lawyers never gave them a time to respond before they inacted the Network Solutions DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. Virtual Works was quoted as saying: " We are going to get squashed by a german giant". Virtual Works domain VW.NET is also their domain server. This means that if VWoA does acquire the domain name Virtual Works may go out of business, because their primary server U.VW.NET is where all of Virtual Works clients host their webpages. Virtual Works was also quoted as saying " Our primary server is u.vw.net, these changes cannot be made overnight". The most recent change in this situation is Virtual Works Inc. is suing Volkswagen of America for 1,000,000 dollars !

THE SHOW - REDDING, CA OCTOBER 3
The newest show to the Northern California area will be October 3, 1999. The show will be at the Redding Drag Strip, where some drag racing will take place.
