PLEASE READ The Editor of this magazine is Brock Eastman. I have been doing this magazine as a service to the volkswagen community on the net for the past year. My main reason for doing this website was to do what the other websites out there lacked. I recently started Banner Advertising, and I mainly did this to increase the seriousness of the magazine, not to mention covering my costs. I am putting up my own internet server, a 333 MHZ Pentium, and I have many costs with this. The advertising banners will also help me cover this cost. I would love to do this full-time, but I have a 20-30 hour part time job at the local hospital. I also go to school full-time and I design webpages for other people, while still doing this website. My hope is that if the site grows to a point where I can quit my 20-30 hour a week job, I will make this the best Volkswagen site on the entire internet..by far. As I said, I am not making a profit off of the website right now, but if I do eventually make a profit off of the magazine, I will make it BETTER than you could ever imagine. As it is right now, I spend around 20 hours a month or so just working on the site. Just imagine if I could work on it 120 hours a month! We'd be talking about huge...I mean huge issues of the mag. VW MAG EDITORS If you are a magazine editor for a vw magazine such as trends, hotvws, or even the dead-but coming back alive VW Custom and Classic, please add something about my website in your issue's. I would definitely be intrested in working part time for any of the three, and I would totally be intrested in writing the VW's on the Net section if any of the three come out with one. Not only this but I hope to meet some of you at the upcoming vw shows in CA. I sure would love to do a publication someday! Vendors We hope that you will support us, and we can help you out too.
