Over the past year, there have been only a few times we have seen some very intresting baja's that readers have sent in. Eric G. Hall of GroundZero Productions has built this 1967 baja, that has a ton of stuff to list. The engine is a 2.3 OHC Ford aka Pinto 2300cc, and the color is "Irish Spring Soap Box Green/Krylon True Blue".

As far as the suspension, I dont believe there is anything stock about it. Eric changed from swing axle to IRS. IRS has 4.37s and is built by AZ Transaxle. 411cvs. 3x3 woods trailing arms out back with twin 14" Fox 2.0 shocks on each side. Stability is kept with Sway-A-Way Long 29mm T-bars and spring plates. Front is a 10" wider Weekend Warior link pin beam pushed out towards the front 2 more inches. He is running 10" KYB shocks. (Off-Road Disc)Disc breaks on all for corners with a set of CNC truning breaks. --WOW!

The head on this 2.3L has a SVO Mustang Roller cam. The Header is from Esslinger Enginering aka (Pinto Beans)with a 3" 20 disc Super Trap. The Carb is a 500cfm 2v Holley. It runs a full MSD spark box set up with the MSD Blaster 2 coil.

As you can see, Eric sure has something to be proud about, when it comes to his baja. The baja also sports a sony stereo with a 10 disc cd changer.

Eric Hall from Nebraska.
